Covid-19 Dance Community Resources

 In Advice, Dance

It is an understatement to say the Covid-19 Virus is causing uncertainty and anxiety around the world. And while society is hunkering down and practicing social isolation, it becomes essential to find ways to stay (digitally) connected with the community around you.

SALT Contemporary Dance celebrates upward evolution and innovation in dance. As online training becomes more accessible, SALT will continue to support by elevating the vibrancy and diversity of the community during this time.

It is also more important than ever to stay active — studies show that physical activity can reduce stress. In a spirit of coming together during this difficult time, many gyms and dance studios are now offering live-streamed or pre-taped classes online.
