SALT has created an exciting career development event where all these things come together—LINK dance festival!

Launching on May 14-19, the festival aims to connect advanced-level artists ages 18 and up with the regional dance community and choreographers from around the world.

LINK’s unique collaborative platform will assist artists in various stages of their careers by offering exposure to:

• New industry contacts

• Emerging choreographers

• Company directors

LINK participants will experience:

• Morning classes and auditions for SALT and guest companies

• Afternoon rehearsals with guest choreographers to create new works

• Evening events such as improv jams and networking socials

The festival will culminate in 2 evening-length professional performances:

• Friday, May 18: Works presented by invited companies and projects

• Saturday, May 19: New works created on LINK participants by emerging choreographers
